Lets answer your Questions
about your
dream Riding Holiday

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Our treks are fully inclusive and offer everything you need for an unforgettable experience:

  • Horseback riding as outlined in your chosen itinerary
  • Accommodation in a villa, tent or guesthouse, depending on your trek option
  • All meals and drinks (Drinks: water, tea, coffee & orange juice for breakfast. Please inform us of any special dietary needs).
  • Photos and videos of your adventure, provided at the end of your trek.
  • A complimentary individual gallop video, for a unique perspective.

Let us take care of all the details, so you can enjoy the ride!

We welcome riders of all levels, from beginners to advanced.

  • Beginners: If you’re new to riding, we recommend starting with local rides or a full-day ride to get comfortable with the basics. For a more tailored experience, we can also arrange a private trek, where you’ll receive the full attention of your guide. Please note that horseback riding can be physically demanding, and you should be prepared to ride for several hours.

  • Intermediate riders: If you’re comfortable at a walk and trot and can control your horse confidently, you’ll enjoy our group treks, where you can ride with others at a similar level.

  • Advanced riders: For experienced equestrians who are confident at all gaits, including cantering, we offer group treks designed for those with strong riding skills and the ability to handle challenging terrain.

Whether you’re just starting out or are an experienced rider, we’ll help you choose the best trek for your skill level.

While our treks are all-inclusive, please note the following exclusions:

  • Personal expenses (e.g., souvenirs, additional snacks, or beverages not included in the itinerary)
  • Travel insurance (we recommend purchasing coverage for your trip & health insurance for abroad is mendatory (read below))
  • Gratuities for guides and support staff (optional, but appreciated)
  • Additional activities not specified in the itinerary
  • Optional Add-Ons: Airport Pick-Up & Sightseeing

In addition to your trek, you can also book airport pick-up or a sightseeing tour to explore Essaouira and its surroundings. Let us know if you’d like to enhance your experience with these optional services!

Our stable is located in the village of Diabat, just a 10-minute drive from Essaouira’s city center. The closest airport is in Essaouira, but you can also fly into Marrakech or Agadir airports, and then take a 2.5-3 hour drive to Essaouira. There are regular buses available from both cities, or we can arrange a private airport taxi for your convenience.

Feel free to contact us for any travel assistance or additional arrangements!

WIFI is provided at both the villas and guesthouses, but the connection speed may vary. Please note that there is no WIFI at the stables in Diabat, so you’ll need to use your mobile data, which could be expensive for international roaming. We suggest getting a local prepaid SIM card

Yes, travel and medical insurance is compulsory. It is mandatory that you have comprehensive coverage for the duration of your trip, including horse riding. Please note that we do not accept liability for any accidents that occur during our rides—riders participate at their own risk. If you choose not to wear a riding helmet, this is also at your own risk. Be sure to check your insurance policy, as you may not be covered without a helmet.

Currently, travelers from Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States can enter Morocco for up to 90 days for tourism without a visa. However, it is your responsibility to check any visa requirements based on your nationality, so we recommend confirming this before you travel.

As for vaccinations, we advise consulting your healthcare provider and reviewing the specific health recommendations or requirements for Morocco before your trip. Stay informed to ensure a smooth and safe journey!
